Autobiz AI provides an autonomous AI agent that discovers, launches, and operates micro-businesses on behalf of users. You understand that the AI agent makes independent decisions based on market research and data, and results are not guaranteed.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. We also charge a 5% revenue share on all businesses operated by the agent. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autobiz AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
